One of our NGO partners, Noclegownia i Schronisko dla Bezdomnych Mężczyzn (Night accommodation and Shelter for Homeless Men), is in need of first aid supplies. If you are able to help provide any of the following, please contact us and we will arrange a time to pick up or have you deliver to us.
- plasters in a variety of different sizes and shapes
- small, medium and large sterile gauze dressings
- sterile eye dressings
- triangular bandages
- crêpe rolled bandages
- safety pins
- disposable sterile gloves
- tweezers
- scissors
- alcohol-free cleansing wipes
- sticky tape
- thermometer (preferably digital)
- skin rash cream, such as hydrocortisone
- cream or spray to relieve insect bites and stings
- antiseptic cream
- painkillers such as paracetamol, aspirin, or ibuprofen
- cough medicine
- antihistamine tablets
- distilled water for cleaning wounds
- eye wash and eye bath
- and more
These are ongoing needs, to be kept in stock and replenished, you can also directly donate to our account and we can arrange to purchase and transport everything to the shelter on our visits. In the transfer description please state it is for statutory purposes and “first aid supplies”. Thanks!
